Learning Part 4: The Feedback Loop

Post-Learning is all about responding to your performance.
We do this with reflection, self critique and feedback from others.
One tool we can employ is to ask 3 questions:
1 - What can I turn up?
2 - What can I turn down?
3 - What can I introduce?
