Basic ideas of balancing yourself

Are you fit in a social way? How about in an emotional way?
Just because you are ok today, does that mean that you are a robust version of yourself?

One of my biggest values is about helping.

In different ways, and we can use different words, but essentially giving a hand up to our fellow human is important. People have done it for us and it’s important to pay it forward. For our fulfillment and for their advancement.

In order to achieve these things, we need to have our needs met, we need to be in a position to help others. Usually this means looking after our health actively, which for me is fitness. Not just the absence of problems. Ok? We all understand the difference, but what can we do to exercise various aspects of our fitness?

Once this is understood, we are in a much better position to help others in whatever way possible.

“Before you try to change others, remember how hard it is to change yourself.”
