Double Click on Cognitive Load

When most people learn, they set goals and limits according to what they choose and not based on ability. Ability in the mind is something very infrequently discussed as a muscle and is nothing that is fluid. It constantly adapts.

When I coach clients with language learning, there is one metric and one metric only I gauge them on: working memory capacity. It is something that requires evidence, proof! Not confidence nor humility. Show yourself and others what your capacity is. Honestly. Then, start building!

Based on some feedback I received, I have now modified these audios in keeping with one idea, but I have decided to give each idea the time it deserves.
Each audio until now has been based on three points, layered or sequenced in some way. Let me know which format you prefer.
